ABSTRACT
O objetivo do estudo foi compreender quais as características do lazer da população soteropolitana, tendo como lócus de análise os bairros "Barra" e "Massaranduba". Para escolha das regiões levamos em consideração a divisão socioespacial, o perfil socioeconômico e outros aspectos. Para a coleta de dados, aplicamos um questionário semiestruturado a 43 pessoas com idade entre 20 e 79 anos. O método de análise esteve associado à proposta de Bardin (2002) que divide o conteúdo por categoria, para posterior reagrupamento analítico. Identificamos, portanto, que os soteropolitanos apresentam como locais de preferência para a fruição do lazer, a praia e o shopping e/ou cinema, o bar e/ou restaurante e o lar. Consideram ainda a "insegurança" fator crucial para uma possível mudança na escolha do programa de lazer, exigem mudanças efetivas e questionam sobre a possibilidade dos resultados da pesquisa atingirem a realidade social.
The objective of the study was to understand the leisure characteristics of the Soteropolitan population, with the "Barra" and "Massaranduba" districts as the locus of analysis. To choose the regions we take into account the socio-spatial division, the socioeconomic profile and other aspects. For the data collection, we applied a semistructured questionnaire to 43 people aged between 20 and 79 years. The method of analysis was associated with the proposal of Bardin (2002) that divides content by category for later analytical regrouping. Thus, we identify that the soteropolitanos present as places of preference for the enjoyment of leisure, the beach and the mall and / or cinema, the pub and / or restaurant and the home. They also consider "insecurity" as a crucial factor for a possible change in the choice of leisure program, demand effective changes and question the possibility of the results of the research reaching social reality.
